Joint Pain
Joint Pain
Joint pain typically develops over time and can be associated with age related change although it can also result from acute bony injury such as a fracture.
Joint pain often leads to cycles of inactivity and muscle deconditioning which can sadly perpetuate the pain experience.
How we can help
We know movement and exercise can greatly improve joint pain conditions and when programmed alongside joint mobilisation, soft tissue release and dry needling (if indicated) joint pain and stiffness can be significantly improved and, in many instances, fully resolved.
