Karley Mulder

Exercise Physiologist

Qualifications: BExSpSci, MClinExPhys

Hi I’m Karley, I completed my Masters in Clinical Exercise and Rehabilitation at Victoria University in 2020 after having completed my Bachelor’s degree in Exercise and Sports Science (majoring in Exercise Physiology) at Deakin University. I have also just completed my reformer Pilates certification, which I love challenging my clients with.

The main focus around my job is to help facilitate people to change for the better and see them succeed with their goals. I am a firm believer in the saying “exercise is a form of medicine”, as there are so many benefits to a long-term commitment to exercise. Making a difference is a huge part of why I love doing what I do and seeing my clients have a new lease on life is the best feeling in the world.
